Why I Started Building Systems

Fifteen years watching businesses
break at the seams.

For fifteen years I worked inside operations, HR, administration, and consulting environments. The same problems appeared everywhere.

Critical knowledge lived in inboxes. Processes existed only inside someone's head. Compliance lived in spreadsheets. Managers lacked visibility. Businesses depended on people remembering things.

I became obsessed with creating systems that reduce chaos, increase accountability, and make businesses easier to operate. The systems showcased on this website were built to solve real operational problems.
